In accordance with Articles 47 to 49 and 110 of Regulation (EU) No
1303/2013, from 17th December, it is incumbent on the Monitoring Committee of the
Operational Human Capital Programme, namely, to survey the programmes, to
review all issues likely to affect their performance, assess the implementation
and progress made in reaching the OP targets, pursuant to national
institutional, legal and financial frameworks.
The structure of the HCOP
Monitoring Committee includes full members, with voting rights, and
observers, without voting rights.
The Monitoring Committee shall meet at least twice a year.
